What if my order shows up damaged?

Please make us aware immediatly. Either call us or email us and we will make arragments to take care of the problem immedialty.



Am I responsible to get my order off a freight truck?

You are responsible to get your order off a freight truck, if your order would ship freight. If you are unable to do this, please request lift gate service for your order. Lift Gate service cost $75 extra.



How do you ship?

We ship either FED-EX or UPS. On a rare occasion we may also ship USPS.



How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on your location, 1-5 business days. We ship most of our orders from our Ohio warehouse. Some items may be shipped from our other warehouses for convience. Most of the time you can expect your order in 1-5 business days.



What is the warranty policy?

Otto's Tools and Equipment parts are warrantied to the manufacture specifications. These warranties range from 90 days to 2 years. All of our products are top quality and backed by reputable companies. You will find the quality of our product will meet or exceed your expectations. If you have a question on any warranties on any product, please email or call with the product you are concered about.



What happens I dont know how to use the item after I purchase it?

Otto's Tool and Equipment has many employees with knowledge of tire supplies. We employee the best people in tire supplies. Please feel free to email us with your concerns or call us. We will respond with all of the information you need to be able to use your product.



How are products sent?

All orders are sent out of our stocked wharehouse. We ship most items FedEx or UPS. In some cases the merchandise will ship freight.



Can I buy items in bulk?

We offer very aggressive pricing on all items. Some items are avaible in bulk purchase. Please send us and email or call us on the product you want to buy in bulk.
